It offers camera products under the Optomed Smartscope Pro, Optomed Aurora, and Optomed Polaris brand names, as well as OEM cameras under the Pictor Plus and Pictor Prestige (Volk), Visuscout 100 (Zeiss), Fundus Module 300 (The Haag-Streit), and Signal (Topcon) brand names. The company provides Avenue Eye Screen, a workflow management software for screening and monitoring of eye diseases; Avenue Archive, an application software for displaying, archiving, and transmitting healthcare information; Avenue Telemedicine, a remote analysis solution; Avenue AI, a diabetic retinopathy screening service; Avenue Sync, a software for integrating fundus camera to the hospital image archive and worklist server; Avenue Flow, an eyecare management software; and Avenue SaaS, a software-as-a-service platform. In addition, it offers Cancer Screen, a screening process management software; Optomed RIS, a software solution for healthcare imaging units; Sectra PACS, a modular system for healthcare providers; Optomed Service Portal, a support function for healthcare units; and Pathology PACS, which allows digital pathology images to be reviewed and shared. It sells its products through OEMs, distributors, and direct sales to hospitals, eye clinics, and optician chains and stores. Optomed Oyj was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Oulu, Finland.
