It also operates stores and online shops; service stations, including tire and lubrication service stations; and convenience stores under the Kronan brand name, as well as smart shop with home deliveries. In addition, the company purchases electricity on the wholesale market and retail sells it to individuals and companies. The company was formerly known as N1 hf. and changed its name to Festi hf. in September 2018. Festi hf. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Kópavogur, Iceland.
