It operates through three segments: Education, Training, and Employment. The company establishes and manages private, international, and French and Indian schools; creates and operates training institutes; and mediating in employing and online recruitment agencies. It is also involved in the establishment, management, operation, and maintenance of training centers; purchasing existing schools, and educational and training facilities; owning and managing vocational training centers; establishing, owning, and managing private educational schools; and construction of non-residential buildings such as schools, hospitals and hotels, and educational transportation. The company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
